flubugs & potluck

i am currently recovering from the flu and am quite tired, but feel much better
(candied ginger, theraflu and lavender tea work miracles). since i am better i am looking forward to the following:
*valentines!
*french macaroons!
*drawing!
*tonight's potluck @ a NE buddyroos house!

i baked this rosemary bread. i have mentioned it in the past, but it's really good and easy so here it is again:
y'all will need
4 cups flour
2 heaping tablespoons rosemary
2 heaping tablespoons of active dry yeast
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup soymilk
1 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil

heat up milk, water and olive oil on the stove until just barely above room temperature. pour into dry ingrediants and stir until it's a perfect, sticky little blob. cover the dough in your mixing bowl with a towel and let it rise for about 50 minutes (it should have doubled in size). when the time's up, stir the dough down and pour it into a greased loaf pan. set the oven at 350 degrees and cook for about 35-45 minutes (depending on your oven)

also i am finally watching marie antoinette after hearing about it for ages. i absolutely LOVE IT. the rooms the rooms! now i want to cover everything i own in ornate gold things and cupcakes!

love, rebecca

p.s.
happy valentines day everyone :)
